Our phylosophy
A customer is the most important person in the office, in person, on the telephone or by mail. The customer is not dependent on us. We are dependent on them. The customer is not interruption of our daily work. They are the main purpose of it. We are not doing them a favor by serving them. They are doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it.
The customer is not someone to argue or match wits with. No one has ever won an argument with a customer. The customer is a person who brings us their needs. Our job is to handle those needs in a way that is most beneficial to them.
